ProFunnel started with a question:
What if we could help contractors increase revenue and save time without adding extra complexity to their workflow?
That question sparked a conversation—and an idea—that led to ProFunnel: a service built to bring the high-level functionality and polish of big construction firms’ proposals to contractors of all sizes without the hassle of managing new tools.

Our backgrounds made this partnership feel natural— our journey together spans over 13 years of entrepreneurship and client-focused work. Ben had spent the last five years as a serial entrepreneur, building and scaling successful internet based businesses. Passionate about digital experiences that drive engagement and revenue, Ben saw firsthand how a well-crafted proposal could win over customers— which inspired him to empower contractors of all kinds with high-quality proposals for their prospects without straining their limited time and financial resources.


Noah, meanwhile, spent his career in digital transformation and consulting, implementing strategic customer experiences across industries like life sciences and financial services at one of the world’s largest and most respected digital consulting firms. Working with clients of all shapes and sizes, he saw how a strong digital experience could transform client relationships—and he knew contractors could benefit from the same approach.


Our experience together runs deep. Since grade school, we’ve been collaborating on ventures, from yardwork and handyman services to upscale bartending for private events. Years spent working together in the service industry taught us the importance of client interaction and delivering a standout experience—values we carry into ProFunnel today. Guided by these principles, we developed an agency-based, white-glove service that empowers contractors to easily showcase their work with professional, interactive proposals, freeing them to focus on what they do best.
